Description

Quiet attached-house near the switzerland frontier (500 meters) in the french Alps. You can visit, Geneva (20 minutes from home), Annecy (40 minutes), or Chamonix (50 minutes, it means 1H from the Mont-Blanc Tunnel 1h30 from Italy)... the house in confortable with two beds and the possibility for 6 persons to sleep. we have a garden and a terrace to eat outside. the place is quiet and green. we are situated to 20 minutes of the big Leman Lake, on which you can take a boat to cross and go and visit Lausanne in Switzerland for example, or we have a french beach of sand at 20 minutes of our home. and of course a lot of walk promenades in the mountains are possible...

Maison de 100m2, au premier: deux chambres (une avec un grand lit 160, la deuxième avec un lit 140 et deux lits à étages), une salle de bain-baignoire, wc, un bureau avec internet. Au rdc, un cabinet de toilette-wc, un salon-séjour-cuisine ouverte, donnant sur une terrasse en bois exotique de 25m2, qui donne elle-même sur un jardin de 70m2. Pas de vis-à-vis: une porte au fond du jardin ouvre sur un champ. Place de parking devant la maison.

Neighborhood

Quartier très vert et calme. Accès au village en vélo ou à pieds, bus au bout de la rue, puis accès aux trams de Genève. Montagne à 20 min et lac Léman idem. Zone artisanale à 5 min avec centre commercial et centre ville. Maison au calme et bien placée, à 20' en voiture des premiers petits ports suisses ou français sur le lac, de la plage de sable d'Excennevex, et 30' de toutes balades de moyenne ou haute montagne (compter 50' de Chamonix, 40' d'Annecy, 20' de Genève par exemple).

Nous 39 et 40 ans, mon mari a deux filles de 10 et 16 ans. anglais, allemand parle.

Cherchons pour cet été en France ou à l'étranger, avec une possibilité pour se baigner (piscine, lac ou mer...) et une préférence pour un pays de langue anglaise pour pouvoir pratiquer un peu (Royaume Uni...)nited Kingdom first, but open.
