We live on a top floor (3rd) Condo, 1 bed room and a den, kitchen, bathroom, living room with satellite TV! We have a quiet location. Our house is NEW (Oct. 09) new laminate flooring, fresh painted walls, VERY CLEAN!!!! no smokers, no pets, no parties in building!

Banff is the number one tourist town in Canada, and why not, its surrounded with towering mountains, lakes to swim in, LOTS of hiking trails, and wild life! Banff's Canada's 1st National Park so I guarantee you will experience TONS of wild life and life long memories!
In the Winter Banff is known for its AMAZING down hill and cross country skiing, snow shoeing, tobogganing and skating. After all these activities you can relax in the Hot Springs Pools (I can get you all FREE admissions) its truly a winter wonderland! Perfect place to have a SNOW WHITE CHRISTMAS!!
In the Summer Banff offers a number of mountains for hiking, Lakes for swimming, camping, and outdoor sports.
WHY NOT COME TO BANFF??!! It has EVERYTHING! If your an outdoor adventurist or a relaxing pool or movie goer, This is the place for you! If you plan it right (in the winter) you will get to ski with all the celebrates at Sun Shine Mountain!

Banff is not a big city! You can walk all over! We live 2 blocks from Down Town, if you dont have a car Banff has a public transportation (1 block from house) that will take you to the Gondola, Hot Springs, and camp grounds! Even though Banffs known for its college night life during the day theres LOTS of young families and its VERY safe!!!
The street we live on is quiet at night and we never hear our neighbors, everyones very respectful and welcoming! Definitely a warming experience!

My husband and I are 21 years old, VERY responsible, had a baby girl January 3rd 2010. we ARE NOT into loud/ crazy parties, dont drink, smoke, and live a roady life!
I grew up here in Banff (as well as my mom) TRUE Banffites, My husbands from the next town over (Canmore). My husbands fluent in English as well as German (Parents from Switzerland) and im fluent in English. I completed 2 years of Nursing and planing on going back to finish in the future. Right now im a stay at home mom on Maternity leave, previously worked for Parks Canada at the Hot Springs Pool.
We are a Christian Family and love helping others!!

In my family theres the 3 of us! My husband, daughter and myself.
