Descrizione

Our comfortable house is 150 mē with a large and pleasant garden of 200 mē with trees, and a small BBQ. The area is quiet even thought in town.
Ground floor : A large living-room with a big screen tv, hi-fi, terrace on the garden, kitchen is near the terrace, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with large italian shower, toilets, washing machine and dryer, playroom for kids, and a bedroom for our 2 babies-twins of 2 years old.
First floor : 1 large bedroom with double bed of 17mē, bathroom with bath and toilets.

And we have a big gentle cat to feed !

Quartiere

0,5 km from BORDEAUX old town (18th century), you can get to the historical beautiful town in 10mn by tramway or car. Lots of cafés, lots-lots of restaurants, highway is not far to reach the BEACH (45mn from Cap Ferret or Arcachon).
VINEYARDS and CASTLES of BORDEAUX WINE (Graves, Medoc, Claret, St Emilion, Loupiac, Sauternes, Ste Croix du Mont...) are very close
Commercial center is 5 km close. Pharmacy and baker 5 mn by walk.
Our location is ideal to discover the atlantic coast, BORDEAUX old town, the countryside with old villages, the vineyards and our marvellous huge sand beaches !!!
Our house and garden are perfect to recover after a long great day of discovery !!!

Chi siamo

We are 39 and 42 years old, and happy parents of 2 babies of 2 years old (twins boy and girl).
Ingeneer and Insurance employee, we'd love to travel with our babies in a secured house and garden.
A swimming pool would be great for our babies who enjoy a lot to play in the water !

We need 2 bedrooms, one for us, and one for the baby-beds of our children.

We travel with our car because of the baby-seats, so we prefer to travel in Europe for few years.

We like to receive friends in our house and garden, cook a good diner with a good red wine, read, cinema, go to the many restaurants of Bordeaux and the villages around, travel, have a walk in the countryside.. and look after our lovely babies !!!!


Destinazione

Simultaneous exchange only, and dates are not flexible because of our children and our jobs.
We have a gentle big cat to feed during your stay.
