Descrizione

The apartment is located in Monte Mario, a residential area very close to the center, which can be reached in a short time by city train or by bus.
The flat (70 sqm) is in an elegant building of early 1900 that has been recently restored. It is very quiet and has park, swimming pool and gym.
There is one bedroom, an upper floor with a second double size bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Utilities included: washing machine, Tv, hi-fi radio, internet access, jacuzzi.

Quartiere

This residential area is located on the hill of Monte Mario, which is an important green area.
There are markets, shops, drugstores, bars, restaurants just a walk from home.
It is very well connected to the center of the city also because there are two hospitals,
in one of them Pope John Paul II was hospitalized several times.

My name is Francesco and I am 34 years old. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets, but I like animals and this is one of the reasons why I became vegetarian.
I love sports and staying healthy, I am new to home exchange and I hope it will be a great way to travel and meet interesting people.
I am single traveller, but there is a possibility that a friend comes with me.

Destinazione

I am willing to travel mainly to the United States, especially Hawaii and New York.
I have visited before and I would like to come back soon, but I am open to other destinations too.
I am flexible with dates and duration, exchange has to be simultaneous.
