Descrizione

Detached house circa 2500 sq/ft built in 2002 on 0.6 acres. Has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and conservatory. The house has oil central heating. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Main bedroom complete with built-in wardrobes has an attached bathroom with a power shower, while the other upstair's bathroom has an electric shower with bath. Two of the other bedrooms have walk-wardrobes while the last bedroom could accomodate a double bed if need be.
Downstairs one of the living rooms has a 6 x 3 ft snooker table along with PC and broadband internet access while the other sitting room has satelite TV and oil fired stove. The kitchen and dining room take up the back half of the downstairs along with the utility room complete with washer,dryer and separate sink. Off the kitchen is a conservatory room that is positioned to receive the sun all day. Finishing off the downstairs is WC and access to the garage.
Outside consists of cobbled driveway, big lawn area with soccer posts complete with nets and double clothes line.

Quartiere

Quiet neighbourhood with single dwelling homes on their own plot of land. Supermarkets and shops are 6km away with local shop 2km. We are positioned across the road from one end of the Athenry golf course with views out over the golf course. Golf course clubhouse which serves as a restaurant and bar for a quiet drink.

Chi siamo

We are a married couple with 2 teenage boys. All of us play golf and enjoy sports. I'm a maintenance technician with a multinational company, while my wife is a senior buyer with a multinational company.

Destinazione

Would like to swap with somebody in Vancouver, followed by Orlando, California area and Portugal. Our dates are flexible during the 3 month span i have specified but might be willing to go later on in the year September/October to California area.
