Descrizione

800 sq/ft (75 sq/m) two bedroom condo. Fully furnished with balcony and very nice view of the Rocky Mountain Foothills and quick access to skiing, hiking, biking, and more.

Only 15 minutes to downtown Denver and all the culture, dinning and entertainment that it has to offer.
Only 60 minutes to five world class ski resorts.
Only 5-10 minutes to dozens of hiking trails, views and parks.
Within 45 minutes to dozens of amazing camping locations.

The condo is not fancy but clean. Just an average condo with a really nice view. The location is exceptionally safe and crime free.

Transportation: Most people will want to rent a vehicle (car rental only 2 miles away and will deliver the car to your door) so that they can access the mountains. Or you can of course pick one up directly from the airport upon arrival. I may consider a car exchange depending on circumstance at the time of our exchange.

Kitchen: All the basics: stove, micro, fridge, freezer, Dishwasher, etc.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer in pantry
Balcony: Large grill on Balcony for grilling, Gets direct sunshine all afternoon, great view of sunsets behind the mountains.

Internet: High speed cable access
TV: Airwaves only, no cable TV
Phone: Included with free long distance (inside the U.S.)
The condo complex: has a weight room, sauna, hot tube, and indoor/outdoor year round pool.

Basically this is a great place to stay if you want to come experience all that Colorado has to offer.

Quartiere

The complex is very quiet, and is centrally located with the mountains starting only 1/2 mile away and the city of Denver only 15 minutes to the East. Plenty of shopping can be found within minutes at several large shopping malls.

The town of Golden (where I live) is a very quaint town with a rich history from the gold mine days of early Colorado.

The condo is located only 10-15 minute drive from downtown Denver depending on where you are heading.

Chi siamo

I am a single self employed professional who travels extensively. I thought this might be a good idea to help cut costs and expand my travel options.

I am interested in short term exchanges one month to long term exchanges such as 3-12 month exchanges just to try living in a new place.

Destinazione

My schedule for length of stay is flexible. I could be interested in as little as 30 days or up to an entire year. It just depends on where you are.

I work via the net and for myself, thus I'm not restricted by any particular "leave time", so I'm also flexible on when the exchange can take place.

I am interested in hearing from ALL locations, but will be most interested in places which have lots of outdoor activities available (scuba, beaches, hiking, skiing, etc). I would like to be able to walk to bars, restaurants, etc.
