Description

We are very proud of our 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom house in the beautiful coastal town of Kinsale, 20 miles from Cork. The house is only 2 years old and boasts fabulous views from the front of the house and upper balcony. The kitchen/ dining and lounge are large and everything is finished to the highest standard. The kitchen is state of the art with a separate utility room. The dining area has a round oak table big enough for 10.
The master suite is huge with a balcony and en-suite bathroom. All other bedrooms have double beds. There is a second balcony facing the back garden with sun room. The house has a generous and private gardens and patio area with barbeque.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is quiet but the town is only a 10 minute walk. Kinsale is located on the south/west coast and is famous for its gourmet restaurants, quirky shops and quaint ambiance. It also has a lively pub culture with many kinds of entertainment to cater for all tastes. Look it up on http://www.kinsale.ie. We are also within easy reach of beaches, golf and sailing. Kinsale is only 20 miles from Cork city with its international airport.

About Us

We are both in our 50s with 3 grown up daughters. We are a teacher and manager in a US based computer company. We enjoy travelling and have had a very sucsessful home exchange in France, with a lovely family. We would like to say that we have no objections to young children but point out that the balconies may be a hazard.

As a teacher my dates have to be within July and August.
