Very well located 78 m2, 1st floor apartment in a popular residencial area in the centre of Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.
Our apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people (master bedroom w. king size bed and children's bedroom w. 2 single beds). Tv, dvd, video, stereo, computer w. internet access, small balcony. Private washing machine in a shared laundry room in ground floor. 2 cars available for exchange as well as bikes (3 adults and 3 children 4-11 yrs).


Très bien situé 78 m2, 1er appartement d'étage dans un secteur residencial populaire au centre de Reykjavik, le capital de l'Islande. Notre appartement dort confortablement 4 personnes (le lit grand principal de chambre à coucher W. et les lits simples de la chambre à coucher W. 2 des enfants). TV, dvd, vidéo, stéréo, accès d'Internet de l'ordinateur W., petit balcon. Machine à laver privée dans une salle partagée de blanchisserie dans le rez-de-chaussée. 2 voitures disponibles pour l'échange comme des vélos (3 adultes et 3 enfants 4-11 ans).

Neighborhood

Most facilites are within a very short walking distance: University library 1 minute, Reykjavik old town and shopping area 10 minutes, lake and City Hall 5 minutes, swimming pool 5 minutes, sea-side 5 minutes, bakery 1 minute, grocery store 5 minutes, cinema 5 minutes, bank 2 minutes etc...


La plupart des facilites sont sur une distance de marche très courte : La bibliothèque d'université 1 minute, ville de Reykjavik vieille et zone d'atelier 10 minutes, lac et ville hôtel 5 minutes, piscine 5 minutes, bord de la mer 5 minutes, boulangerie 1 minute, magasin d'épicerie 5 minutes, cinéma 5 minutes, encaissent 2 minutes etc….
