Description

Typical and large semi-detached English House, with a big and beautiful garden and a private carpark. Our house offers spacious rooms (for London): we have two big double rooms and two single rooms, a big kitchen/living room with access to a big terrace overlooking the garden and a cosy reception room, with a nice fireplace. The garden is a heaven for children who have space to play and for adults to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. We hope you'll enjoy our house as much as we do!

Neighborhood

We're located in a nice and quiet street (classified as a preservation area) and close to a big park, typical of "Green England". Our area of South London (Balham) is sought after for its pubs, cafes, restaurants and nice surrounding. We're close enough to Central London (35 minutes with the tube, 18 minutes with the train) to be able to go quickly to all major sites (we're 45 minutes away from Buckingham palace) but far enough to live in a spacious house, with its own privacy.

About Us

We're a French couple living in London for almost 3 years now. I'm a reporter with an international newsagency and my wife is a French teacher. We have two daughters, aged 13 and 14.

Destination

We are flexible with the dates and it could be non-simultaneous. We're looking for something in or close to San Francisco, to do some sightseeing in the city and in the wine valley.
