Description

Welcome to our newly-remodeled luxury Boulder home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The home has a master bathroom that rivals some of the best spas featuring a very large steam shower with glass doors and dual shower heads, a 6-person dry sauna, a sizable bathtub for two, heated floors, and a hot tub just steps out the master bedroom patio door. This bathroom won Natural Home Magazine's Bath of the Year (http://boulderspahome.com/award.pdf). While you spa, you'll enjoy the small fridge right outside the sauna that keeps ice cold bottles of water, Champagne, and Limoncello (or your drink of choice!).

The kitchen is equally impressive. It's a full gourmet kitchen with only highest-end appliances featuring a commercial gas oven and stove, steam dishwasher, large refrigerator, large sink with sprayer, prep sink, automatic espresso maker, seltzer machine, 56-bottle wine fridge, reverse osmosis water system, and nearly every pot, pan, utensil, or knife you could ever ask for.

The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountains and a nice outdoor patio with a hammock, table and chairs, and a hot tub. The second upstairs bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and a full bathroom attached.

The dining room seats up to 10 with great stemware available. The living room has comfortable couches and chairs with a 40-inch high-def flat screen.

The backyard is beautifully landscaped with privacy and includes a 6-person hot tub that's completely private. There's also a large garden that auto-waters itself so you'll enjoy the fruits of the homeowner's labor if you're there at the right time of year (tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, peppers, herbs, and more). The backyard also has nectarine, apple, peach, plum, and cherry trees.

The home doesn't use much energy since it has a very discreet solar system on the roof that provides for most of the electricity and hot water, although backup systems make sure you'll never notice. There's natural lighting throughout the home with 12 skylights

Neighborhood

Boulder is an amazing place nearly any season, but especially so in the summer. We have a nearly unlimited number of outdoor activities, one of the best restaurant scenes, incredible nightlife, and a relaxed atmosphere full of nice people, all to enjoy in a climate with more than 300 days of sunshine!

Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with very nice neighbors. A 3 minute walk to multiple parks as well as incredible access to an endless array of cycling and walking paths. 3 minute drive to great restaurants, shopping, and grocery. However, with the spa facilities, you may never want to leave!

If you're into outdoor activities, you must know that Boulder is consistently rated the #1 U.S. destination for cycling and hiking. We have more professional cyclists in Boulder than anywhere else in the country as well as the largest and most extensive hiking and walking trail network anywhere in the U.S.

We are a family of three: Cliff, Christy and daughter Lilah, whose brand new to the world. We love food, wine, and traveling. When we're not traveling, we're always planning or thinking about the next place we'll go or that familiar place we can't wait to see again. When we are traveling, we enjoy slowing down and enjoying the good things in life: a leisurely meal at a cafe, wine and hors d'oeuvres in a park, a great dinner with friends. We travel with another couple so we're a group of 4 with 2 small children. That's a total of 6 but these babies are pretty portable!
