The house is located in the city of New Rochelle, approximately 30 minutes North West of Manhattan in the beautiful Westchester County where each town on the water has its own marina.

It offers both the privilege to enjoy a quiet area located on the water, the famous Sound of NYC (with access to a private beach, walking only! 1 min.) and the option to visit New York city (by car, boat or train, train station at 5 min. drive from the house).

The house is more than 4200 sq. ft (400 m2), full of light (bay windows all over), great comfort for 8 persons (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), contemporary furniture, open space kitchen/family room on the 1st fl. with high-tech equipment, huge living room on the 2nd fl., pool 38x10 ft with large wood deck, two large terraces/patios (1st and 2nd floors), two large fireplace, house staff (daily) and cooking (upon request).

Please note that the house is located on a dead end and that the pool area located in the back of the house (full South with no vis-a-vis) is entirely fenced. The pool also has a electric cover for security purpose.

The house was fully renovated in 2006/2007.

30 min. from JFK or La Guardia airport.

Chi siamo

We are a family of 4. We are 44, 42, 14 and 10 years old.
We are French. We lived in this neighborhood from 1996 to 2001 and crossed again the Atlantic in 2006 when we purchased the house... One of the only contemporary looking house in the area.
We have been living in Paris for years and particularly enjoyed the Alpes (Courchevel) and Corsica (Sperone).
We are both fashion designers and speak French and English.
We love Architecture, interior designs, water sports (the boys!), horse riding (the girls!), winter skiing (the whole family!),travels and countries discovers, beautiful non pretentious, quiet and peaceful places.

Destinazione

Exchange needs to be simultaneous as the house is our primary residency.
