Terrasse de +/- 20m2. Il a été entièrement rafraichi ce printemps.

Notre appartement se situe à 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Verviers, à environs 15 minutes de Spa (et donc de son circuit et de nos ardennes belges) 30 minutes en voiture ou en train de Liège (le carré, le centre historique, les boutiques etc...) La gare de Verviers centrale est à 3 minutes à pieds.

Nous disposons d'un accès internet sans fil qui sera mis à votre disposition. De même que la télévision numérique et le téléphone.

Il s'agit d'un appartement idéal pour une famille comprenant un ou deux enfants.

It was entirely refreshed this spring.
Our apartment is located at 5 minutes with feet of the center of Verviers, 15 minutes of Spa (and thus of its circuit and our Belgian Ardennes) 30 minutes by car of Liege ("le carré", the historical center, shops etc…)
The central station of Verviers is at 3 minutes by feet.

We have a wireless internet access wich will be yours, as numerical television and the telephone.

It is about a typical apartment for a family including one or two children.

Neighborhood

Pratiquement situé en centre ville. Tous commerces à moins de dix minutes à pieds. Boulangerie, boucherie, snack, lavoir automatique, pharmacie et librairie à moins de 300m. Supermarché, galerie commerçante, boutiques, piscine, parc arboré à moins d'un Km.



Located nearly of centre town. All trade are less than ten minutes by feet. Bakery, butchery, snack bar, automatic laundrette, pharmacy and bookshop with less 300m. Supermarket, commercial gallery, shops, swimming pool, park raised are less than one km.

About Us

Nous sommes un jeune couple d'une trentaine d'années, sans enfants.

Alexandra responsable commerciale, Pierre dans le batiment, nous sommes à la recherche d'un mode alternatif de vacances, il s'agit d'une première expérience pour nous, nous l'espérons fructueuse.

Nous nous débrouillons en anglais et néerlandais.

Nous sommes ouverts à toute proposition d'échange, de préférence en Europe dans un premier temps. Nous pourrions également vous acceuillir et servir de conseiller touristique, nous connaissons particulièrement bien notre région et sa vie culturelle et nocturne.



We are a young couple of about thirty years, without children.

Alexandra is Sales manager, Pierre works in building, we asearch an alternative mode of holidays, it acts of a first experiment for us, we hope for it profitable.

We manage in English and Dutch.

We are opened with any proposal for an exchange, preferably in Europe initially. We can also receive you and serve as touristical guide, we know particularly well our area and its cultural and night life.
