Private, peaceful and serene casita located on the grounds of a multi million dollar estate high above the city with the best views in town. Full time gardner maintains the gorgeous gardens, with three different seating areas all with magnificent views. 1 bedroom house is comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen with purified water from every faucet in the house, light and bright with all windows facing the historic part of San Miguel de Allende, cable TV and internet, maid available.

The center of town is just a short walk from the house.

Neighborhood

Located just 1/2 block from "El Mirador" (the lookout point touted in all tourist books as a must see), the house has the same wonderful views that are said to be the best in the city. The area is "El Centro", which is the center of the city, and is a short walk to the main square. Taxis are readily available, with a $2 (20 peso) fare to anyplace in the city.

About Us

I am a recently retired mature woman who is well traveled and very responsible.

Destination

My ideal situation would be to exchange for a well located Manhatten apartment for the month of September, and to exchange for mid November thru mid-February for Miami or South Beach. However, I am flexible and open suggestions.
