Maison

My studio is around 35 square meters, well equipped, with big kitchen and bathroom. Definitely better than a hotel room ! the building is from the beginning of the 20th, Grey stone, big window facing a small and private yard with garden and bikes parking.
There are wood floors, nice sofa and vinyl player for a nice fall evening music listening, internet, etc... Double bed in mezzanine, sofa bed for 2, all equipped kitchen…

Quartier

The studio is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood: close to Convention, in the 15eme.
Two different metro stops are only 5 minutes away by foot (Metro Convention and Porte de Versailles), 2 minutes to the tramway and buses (one that goes directly to Louvre and city center).
It is a supersafe neighborhood with nice parc in the nearby (parc George Brassens), markets 4 days/week, lots of cafés and nice restaurants nearby.
