Casa Cielo is situated on the wooded hillsides amongst the vineyards and olive groves close to the hilltop village of Benitachell. This modern villa offers a quiet location close to many amenities, including Javea Golf & Tennis Club, and Benitachell Bowling Club, together with the attractive coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira, (both circa 10 kms). Accommodation comprises of one double bedroom (tv and built in safe) with en-suite facilities, two twin bedrooms and bathroom. The large lounge/diningroom also has a double bed settee, satellite TV, DVD and CD stereo. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms and bedrooms have large ceiling fans and central heating and in the lounge a gas fire is also available. Patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom lead unto a natural stone terrace, which surrounds a large floodlit swimming pool with beach style entrance and stone waterfall with adjacent large barbeque and gardens.

Quartier

Within easy travelling distance of the villa (10 - 15 minutes) there are a number of safe sandy beaches at Moraira and Javea. There are many restaurants offering excellent choice of cuisine in Benitachell, Teulada, Javea and Moraira. There are small local supermarkets and bakeries in the village of Benitachell, with larger supermarkets in Moraira and Javea. Within 30 minutes drive there is the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mungoland (doplhin/seal shows and aviary). There are also drive through Safari Parks within 20-30 minutes drive.

Casa Cielo is located in a quiet location but with easy access to all amenities. This location offers numerous country road walks and within easy travelling distance more challenging coastal path and hill walks.

My wife and I are in our late 50's and have a lovely family of 4 children and 4 grandchildren. We enjoy their company, but we also enjoy getting away from it all!

Open to offers, especially from Bermuda, New Zealand, Hawaii, Pacific Islands. Also always happy to consider USA and Canada.

Destination

Casa Cielo is our family holiday home and therefore non simultaneous dates can usually be accommodated.
