Description

Our flat is 192 m² wide. It has 3 bedrooms, a TV room with satellite channels, kitchen with all commodities, a super wide living room with a balcony on the residence garden, a bathroom and a lavatory. It is in 1st floor. All furniture is brand new. Master bedroom and living room have air conditionning.

Neighborhood

The vegetables, meat, poultry and fish market is 100 m far. Supermarket is 2 mn driving. Pizzerias, coffe shops, ice cream and pastry shops are within 5 mn walk.

I have to say that it is a little bit noisy on evenings but it becomes very quite from 11 PM or midnight on wwekends.

About Us

I am 49 years old. I am an airline engineer. I am married and I have two daughters. My wife is a bank assistant Director.

I travelled all around the world for pleasure when I was single . Now I am still travelling especially in Europe and US but for professional reasons.

I speak arabic, french, english and italian. I am fond of aviation of course (spotting when and where possible) and sailing. My brother and I have a small motor boat we inherited from our father. We go fishing and swimming to unforgettable spots.
