Descrizione

Large and stylish manor home on 6000m2 land - fenced and gated. Swimming pool, lawns and gardens. Home features a massive living room, rumpus room, dining, TV room, 4 extra large bedrooms (queen/king beds). The house is secure and private and fronts parkland walks to local CBD some minutes away.

Bathurst is 2 hours west of Sydney and is most famous for being the heart of motor sports in Australia. The annual big events are `Bathurst 1000' , Festival of Sporting Cars, WSP 12 Hour race. Major car club events happen happen frequently.

Bathurst is a diverse provincial city with a university/education sector, manufacturing and agricultural industries and more. It is an ideal place from which to explore Australia.

Quartiere

Country acres within city limits. We have a secure gated entry and undercover carparking. Our house is a minutes drive from town centre. Our land backs onto parklands and playing fields. A feature is the parkland/riverwalk and cycleways that pass next to the house. The immediate neighbourhood is a row of prestige high end homes fronting the Learmonth Park.

Bathurst is a regional centre of some 40,000 people. It is close to Blue Mountains, national parks and is a gateway to western and outback tourism. Main highways will also take you north (Queensland) and south to Victoria, ACT, South Australia.

The city has ample cultural, retail and entertainment facilities for family life.

Chi siamo

We are a family of five. He: now a semi-retired property investor after 30 years in film/media industries. She: an educator with background in school teaching, university lecturing and academic research. The progeny are 3 wonderful children (boy-girl-boy) aged 13, 12, 10.

Destinazione

We are open about destinations. We would seek a well positioned city/town similar to our own from which we can explore surrounds. We also seek a comfortable and roomy family home. Ideally it would have motor vehicle availability. We are non smokers. Children are all housetrained.

USA, Europe, South America, Asia, Singapore, India are all of interest.
