Maison

My appartment has 2 rooms: one living room with a kitchen and a sleeping room. The total surface of the appartment is about 55 m2. It is very centrally located in the centre of Amsterdam. The appartment is on the eighth floor and can be reached by elevator. It has a unique view over the old city. The famous "Thiny Bridge" can be seen from the living room. There is a 6 m2 balcony with bamboo and fruit trees. Many interesting sites are nearby: the Hermitage, the Jewish Historical Museum, the old city with the red light district all are at walking distance.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is quiet, although in the centre of the city. There is a metro station nearby, with a connection of a few miniutes to the Central Station. From the Central Station there is is connection to Schiphol airport by train of about 15 minutes.

I am an architectural engineer and I work as a coordinator of an educational project at a university in Amsterdam. I speak English, French and German.
