Description

Wonderful home in the pine trees in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Flagstaff. Eclectic in decor, but very family friendly. We have a crib in one bedroom and a loft bed in our older daughter's room. King size bed in the masterbedroom and futons in the playroom with couches throughout the house. Wireless internet available. Jacuzzi access off the master bedroom and living room.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood has a 180 acre private park that backs to US Forest Service. There are hiking trails galore, a park for the kids and picnic ramadas. We're located 5 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, 60 miles from the Grand Canyon and 30 miles to Sedona.

About Us

I live here with my husband and 2 daughters, 6 and 6 months. We love to travel to the beach when we get away. My husband and I own our own commercial real estate company and work from home. My husband is Italian so we would love to venture to Italy once again at some point. Our interests include, walking, sunning, cooking, wine and having fun with family, friends and on our own!

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange and the dates could possibly be flexible. We're looking for an exchange in the San Diego "area". We also own a one bedroom condo in Scottsdale, AZ that we'd be willing to exchange either simultaneously or non-simultaneously.
