Our house is a pleasant, 3-bedroom house in a little residence, off the busy avenue. There is a small back yard with a BBQ. Simply furnished but confortable. (see photos)

Neighborhood

The house is part of a 10-house residence in a very quiet area, near the seaside and the city centre of Royan. Very busy and lively holiday town. Beautiful beaches, pine forest and famous zoo nearby, golf and all sea activities.
You will have a 10-mn walk to the main beach or cycle there in 3 minutes.
All amenities at 2 mn by car.

About Us

I live by myself and my friend lives in La Rochelle where she owns a house. I'm a teacher and have already swapped my house , some years ago. I indeed expect the same respect of my home as I would do with yours.. Please ask me further questions if you are interested.
I forgot to say that we would like to stay in Ireland or Scotland (2 weeks from 05/07 to 15/08 2009).
