The apartment is located by a small marina, in a calm and pleasant area. Lovely spots for swimming in the sea and areas for rambles are just nearby. Shops, cafés and restaurants are located in the area.
The apartment is renovated and has wooden floors, and windows facing east and west and a beatiful view towards the sea.

Neighborhood

What we really like about the neighbourhood is the closeness to the water, you can hear the seagulls and the waves, in combination with the short distance to Stockholm city. We also like the transportation possiblities, there is a modern tramway and busses running every 10 minutes within a short distance from the flat.

The neighbourhood is also very cosy, quite a few artists and musicians live in the area.
