Internet access, cable television... Master bedroom with queen size bed , ensuite bathroom; second bedroom with twin bed, guest bed upstairs loft/office converts to queen size. Downstairs tv lounge area/playroom with full-size blow up mattress available for another guest. Ample closet space in all rooms. Laundry room adjacent with washer and dryer. Sunny bright good-size kitchen, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher. Bedrooms have french doors opening to covered patio with barbeque and quiet garden area with detached garage.

Neighborhood

Charming old town neighborhood-very quiet, older houses, tree-lined streets, walking distance to shops, restaurants and parks, local pools. View of the Rocky Mountains, extremely friendly neighbors, and young families.

About Us

I am a public health nurse, and single parent of a four-year old son. I have a flexible work schedule and would like to exchange homes for 3-4 weeks. It is beautiful here, one of the sunniest places in the Nation, with famous ski resorts as well as plenty of summer activities. I have lived in London and parts of France and look forward to seeing more of the world with my son. I speak French, a little Spanish and have a very quiet lifestyle, full of books and playing with my son.

Destination

Dates are quite flexible-depending on availibilty of exchange home. As well as June-July 2007, could also travel Jan-Mar 2007
