Description

We live in a large, bright home, ideal for a family looking to explore Southern Ireland as well as the history and hotspots of Dublin city centre. We are 3 mins walk from the suburban railway line (30 mins to city), 10 mins walk to seafront and beautiful harbour, with sailing boats, seals and restaurants. James Joyce lived in a Martello tower very nearby - you should visit it!

Ours is a quiet neighbourhood, with friendly people and beautiful gardens. We have two cats who do not come into the house, just need to be fed once a day. Their names are Sox and Jess.

About Us

I am a teacher, who enjoys gardening, ecology, reading and travel. My children are boys aged 19, 19, 16, the older two will not be coming on holiday. Their interests are sport and computers. The girls are 12 and 9. They like Irish dancing and playing. I speak French, and the boys are all studying French. We have often visited France on camping holidays and have had two successful exchanges. I hope it will be another good experience!
