Maison

Our large home is ideal for the family holiday and is close to the city, beautiful beaches and Perth's entertainment hubs. Consisting of a family area, modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (one set up as a playroom) a large home theatre room, rumpus room. There is an en suite bathroom and a second bathroom with spa/bath. The house has wooden floorboards and tiles throughout.

There is a large outdoor entertaining area with 8 person table setting, BBQ, kids play area with swingset, a tyre swing and a separate fully fenced swimming pool. The property is secure with an elevated outlook and remote operated gate access

The kitchen is set up for those who enjoy cooking and includes an indoor dining setting, all mod cons include digital TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and broadband internet access with webcam. We have lots of sporting gear such as bikes, a surfski, boogie boards and beach toys for that trip to the sand. Our vehicle is a 5 year old Audi A4T and comes with 2 kids car seats.

Quartier

The suburb is very green, and is 5 minutes drive from the beach and a 10 minute drive from Perth city. There is a park directly across the road from the house , a large open space with a lake at the end of the street, and two shopping centers and public transport are all within easy walking distance.

À propos de nous

We are a young family who enjoy getting out and about. I work as the group risk manager for a major organisation and my partner has been a full time mum/student for the past 5 years and is the final year of a post graduate masters in public health. We are kept active with our 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son. My partner and I have travelled extensively and its now time for us to show the kids what a great and exiting place this world is.

Destination

We are looking at conducting a couple of exchanges over the next 2 years so would consider ANYWHERE. We would ideally like to stay in the Edinburgh area but would consider anywhere in Scotland as we have family scattered around. We are also interested in Ireland, (brother in Dublin) or France or Spain where we have friends and South Africa for the world cup in 2010. We will consider and reply to any offers ( anywhere in the world) so please get in touch if you are interested in our listing.
