Beautiful loft in duplex with fireplace and terrace in the center of Paris. Very well equiped and recently renovated, my place is sunny, very bright, quiet and convenient (home cinema, big bathtub, washer/dryer, TV/cable/DVD, wi-fi, hi-fi...) You will enjoy the terrace in the sun for lunch and the functionnal fire place at night. Perfect for single people or couple (eventually with children over 10). Housekeeper twice a week included. If you're used to it, I can give you access to my scooter 125 cm3 (need driving licence). Laptop possible, if you have one for me home ;-)
Superbe loft moderne en duplex (séjour - cuisine avec terrasse au rdc / chambre toilettes et sdb à l'étage) refait à neuf par architecte avec terrasse et cheminée. Grande verrière avec double exposition Nord Sud. Grand confort (grande baignoire, laverie, cuisine équipée, ecran plasma, home cinema, hi-fi...). Situé en plein coeur de Paris (mais au calme) cet appartement est très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnel. Les équipements sont récents et de qualité. Adapté pour célibataire ou couple sans enfants en bas âge (escaliers non protégés qui pourraient être dangereux pour eux) avec possibilité de dormir à 4 personnes (canapé convertible dans le séjour). Femme de ménage 2 fois par semaine incluse.

Quartiere

Small building in the center of Paris, you will be 2 minutes walk from Moulin Rouge and Montmartre's Sacré Coeur, 15 minutes from the Louvre and will have access to subway in 1 minute (Eiffel Tour and Champs Elysées in 15 minutes). Shops, restaurants, bars will be open almost 24/7 in the neighbourhood. Museums, theatres, cinema, concerts nearby. It's the real Paris !
Petite copropriété agréable et calme dans un quartier mythique de Paris, le 9è arrondissement. Pigalle, le Moulin Rouge et Montmartre sont à 2 minutes à pied. Le Louvre est à 15 minutes à pied. La tour Eiffel est à 15 minutes en métro. Tous commerces, souvent ouverts jusque minuit et le dimanche matin. Beaucoup de vie jour et nuit. Le vrai Paris !
