Description

Peaceful setting in the mountains of northern Colorado. This nearly-new mountain home has lots of glass, with terrific views. Hardwood floors, furnace and woodstove, plus full basement with pingpong and pool tables, washer and dryer. Enjoy hiking and fishing, or just bask in the sun on the large deck. Great place to relax and enjoy Mother Nature. This is a second home, so availability is flexible.
This home is located near Red Feather Lakes, CO, about one hour northwest of Fort Collins, CO.

Neighborhood

Quiet area, with hiking right outside the front door and fishing close by. Fantastic views, and lots of interesting birds to watch. Whenever we go up for the weekend, we hate to leave!

About Us

Leonard is retired, and Cherry is a newspaper reporter. We have five grown children and five pets. We love the out-of-doors and spend as much time as possible hiking, fishing and doing nature photography. We both speak English, and Cherry speaks German.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange, since our mountain property is a second home. Our exchange dates are very flexible.
In Canada, we would prefer an exchange on the Eastern Seaboard -- Nova Scotia, etc.
In the U.S., we would prefer an exchange on the West or East Coast -- we especially like Oregon, Washington, Maine, Vermont, North Carolina
