Very comfortable home in a very desirable area.Well sought after old southwest Reno, close to downtown,casinos, river,dining, shopping. Home has been completely professionally remodeled. Master bedroom has king bed, and sep. bath, 2nd bedroon has double bed, 3rd bedroom is complete home office with computer,fax,scanner,copier,highspeed internet, dedicated phone line, lots of exercise equipment. can place a roll away if needed.Home has real hardwood thru-out except for the master bedroom. kitchen and dining has slate tile,granite and tumbled marble,jenn air gas range,oven micro,dishwasher. Laundry room off kichen has new washer and dryer, all furniture is new or newer.Nuetral tones thru-out with beautiful decor.Fireplace, very clean, light smoker ( I like to smoke outside most often) Back yard has inground swimming pool,slide, hot tub, tiki bar W/fridg, fire pit,wisteria covered veranda. Back yard is very tropical.I have no pets, but maybe would consider small clean pet. My children are grown and not living at home, but well behaved childen are great. I do have grandchildren. Home sits on a very large tree covered lot in a very quiet and safe area of town. No garage use, cars dont fit due to excessive tools. Television in master and 2nd bedroom only.Best location for everything.

Neighborhood

very quiet area, some kids. 4 Blocks to new small botique type strip mall with shopping,eateries,bakery, you name it. Very trendy. Great golf course about 4-5 blocks away,1.8 Miles to the river, casinos and downtown. Very pretty and safe area to walk.You can't see it or here it, but there is a school and church about 3 blocks away, school has very large feilds with tons of all new gym and playground equipment .I love my location, there are not many places in the entire area you can't get to very quickly.

About Us

I am a recently widowed, have many full grown children, I'm a 47 year old grandma. I am a Real Estate agent who is deciding on relocating or purchasing a vacation home on the islands. I really only speak english anymore, Can't remember enough to claim others.

Destination

The dates are extremely flexible, I would like to stay at least three weeks if possible. I do need to be home from November7th to January 5th for the holidays, unless I can convince them to follow me. I want to trade for a house on Maui or maybe one of the smaller islands. But I would prefer Maui. Condo, small house, pretty much anything as long as it's in a safe area.
