My comfortable two bedroom/two bath house with a bright living room, spacious TV/sunroom, organized new kitchen and cozy dining room, is a 15 minute walk to the trolley, which can take you around San Diego county. You will enjoy relaxing in our lovely garden, which has lemon, plum, orange, and avocado trees. The backyard has a large covered porch comfortably furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing all year round.
Our home has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave as well as all the usual entertainment electronics and small appliances. Internet/WiFi, and cable TV are also on site. Ceiling fans in all rooms keep the house cool and ventilated upon demand. Non-smokers only, please. The sparkling bathroom has a super jet stream whirlpool tub, it's like having your own private spa. The gardener will continue to come weekly during your stay at my expense.

Quartiere

The trolley station, a 15 minute walk from here, will take you to all the great attractions, parks and shopping centers in San Diego. Convenient bus stops for all directions are located within 1-2 blocks. As for your immediate needs, such as seaside parks, marinas, movies, dining, shopping, churches, banks, post office, public library, recreation/pool center, farmer's market, adult education classes, etc., everything is within 5-15 minutes walking distance. A shopping center with a Sears, JC Penney, and Macy's is two blocks away. There are numerous classic, casual, and ethnic restaurants from one to three blocks away: Mexican, Italian, Brazilian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Greek, Japanese, BBQ, and Seafood, among others . My location is ideal. Sandy swimming beaches are 15 minutes away by car. Tijuana, Mexico, is 15 minutes away by trolley. The panoramic San Diego Bay is less than a mile away, and Coronado Beach, one of the best beaches is the U.S. is a 10 minute drive. Visit the link below for more information.

Destinazione

Would love to visit central Mexico this summer. In Belgium we would like to visit Bruxelles, Louvain-la-neuve, and Leuven. We are interested in visiting the cities of Quebec, Montreal, and Victoria in Canada. In France we would like to visit Paris, Avignon, and Lyon. I would also consider an exchange on or near Cape Cod and Boston.
