Only metres from safe sandy beach and ocean for swimming,surfing & shellfish etc. Fabulous seaside holiday home on beachfront of Kapiti Coast in lee of Kapiti Island.Designed and built by us 10 years ago after 17 years in the same spot.Non simultaneous holidays are quite O.K. Our own home (a character apartment in a historic church building 1 hour away in Palmerston North could be available also). Beach house has fishing rods etc,kayak and all modern convieniences. Computer on broadband Internet. Small lawn yard at rear of Duplex. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Separate living with kitchenette down stairs. Car available is a 2007 Subaru Forester.

Popular holiday resort.Paraparaumu International Golf Links 4 mins + 2/3 others within 15mins..Paraparaumu Airport 4 mins..Commuter air connection to lower north island & upper south island cities..Gliding Club..Aero Club.Helicopter base..Paragliding. Kapiti Island is part Marine Reserve but is also total Bird Sanctuary Day trips by permit only. Also boating,yachting,fishing and diving.Large number seaside & local restaurants. Skiing Mt Ruapehu (Volcano) 3 hours. Hawkes Bay & Martinborough vineyards 3 hours Commuter rail every hour or 30 mins by car to Wellington.

Max & Pam (60 -65)ex business now retired and now grandparents.Active in community Past President Rotary enjoys fishing and Golf. Pam very active in Golf (Past President) + Tennis & Walking. Ready to do more overseas travel. Have lived in U.S.A. for 12 months and been back 3/4 times so looking to do more in Europe.
Looking for village type stays/accomodation for approx 1 week.
Arrive in Paris October 25th 2009 Wish for 4/5 days Paris 7 days in Countryside (France) 1 week Ireland/England and have 1 week exchange in Amsterdam before 15 day Rhine Cruise.Back to N.Z. mid December

Non Simultaneous Exchange O.K. Prefer countryside west of Paris towards St Malo. Also require car.

New Zealand is safe on sea or land from noxious or wild/poisonous animals, reptiles etc. No snakes crocodiles wild animals or anything that wants to eat you ! !. Divers might see a small shark or stingray.
