Here is a great opportunity to enjoy a very cosy apartment in Trouville-Deauville, one of the trendiest sea resort on the coast of Normandy in France !

The apartment has a wide terrace with a gorgeous view on the city harbour. Located on the “promenade”, it is surrounded by typical shops and restaurants. You will also be five minutes away from the beach.

There is a large living room with a beautiful chimney. Five people can sleep in : there are three separate beds in the bedroom and a convertible sofa in the living room.

It is very clean. The kitchen has recently been renovated and you can even rent the services of a cleaning lady who is used to the place.

The place can be yours whenever you want during the coming year.

Neighborhood

The area is ideal : you are right by the harbour, as well as five minutes away from the beach (and we are talking walking distance !). You will be basically located on the "promenade" next to all the shops and the restaurants.

The area was already very pretty a few years ago but it has recently been fully renovated by the municipality. The place is of course very safe and clean.

In a nutshell, it's an ideal place for a nice and relaxing vacation time !

About Us

As for us, we are a traditional French family, living in downtown Paris and having this apartment as a vacation home.

We love to travel and since our daughter is currently doing an internship in New York City, we would love to enjoy the opportunity of exchanging our home in order to come see her over there.

Yet, a house located on the East coast would please us also.
