The building is new and modern with an outdoor pool, excercise room, and common areas. Located in the Hotel Zone close to the historic downtown. Public transportation to all areas of the bay, which is the second largest in North America, is only one block away. A quiet beach is only one block away. Supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants are all within short walking distance.

About Us

My wife and I have travelled extensively over the past 30 years. We are citizens of Mexico and USA and speak English and Spanish. We would love to live for an extended period of time in an area we previously visited. We are very flexible as we have no children or work schedule to restrict us.

We are involved in real estate development and do business in Los Angeles, California and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. These two locations are quite a contrast in life styles but we enjoy the variety.
