This 4 bedroom town home sits in the middle of Lower Deer Valley. Year round comfort with air conditioning for the summer. The spacious kitchen and two master suites (both king size beds) make this a perfect home for two families or large groups. The house is best suited for groups of 9 but can accommodate up to 13. The Deer Valley ski shuttle comes right past the front door. The free Park City bus passes within 500 meters. More information available at:

Quartiere

Readers of SKI magazine selected Deer Valley as the number one ski resort in North America in both 2008 and 2009. Park City (a 2 mile walk or free bus ride away) is host to a large number of art galleries, restaurants, and the world famous Sundance Film Festival. Winter, of course, is all about the famous Utah powder skiing. Summer, however, provides great opportunities for hiking, music, art, and national championship softball!
