Descrizione

Our sixty year old cape style home was completely renovated 6 years ago. Last year, we added a sunroom off the dining room. There is one bedroom with a double bed on the first floor next to a full bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs (one with twin beds, one with a single bed, and one with a queen size bed) and a full bath. Over the garage is a large room with a single bed, a pull out couch, a television, and a microwave. The side yard is fenced in with table and chairs for outside dining. The front porch has chairs and small tables and faces the ocean. The kitchen has a table for two and all the modern conveniences and amenities. The dining room easily seats eight and the living room is large and comfortable with a gas fireplace.

Quartiere

Our updated beach house is located across the street from Vineyard Sound in a quiet neighborhood of longtime summer and year-round families. You can see the ocean from every room (except the kitchen and bathrooms) and hear the waves from your bedroom window. There is a neighborhood beach across the street and a public beach within walking distance. We are conveniently located 2-3 miles from shopping and town. There's lots to do in Falmouth and the surrounding cape towns including golf, walking, bike trails, boating, shopping, and day trips. Local restaurants serve fantastic local food and the ice cream shop has the best ice cream around.
Falmouth is only 1 and 1/2 hours by car or bus to Boston.

Chi siamo

I am a high school counselor and my husband is a project manager. We have 2 married daughters and 3 grandchildren and a close extended family. We have lots of interests from reading, sports, shopping (just the women), to new adventures. We speak English and very little French.
I travel with family or sometimes with friends.
