Satellite TV and outdoor patio furniture with beautiful gardens make staying at home the thing you want to do, but don't you dare because Durango is a very cool town.

Quartiere

Located at the end of the road in an upscale subdivision a couple of miles south of Durango Colorado. You can see a few neighboring homes but the property is very quiet and private.

Chi siamo

I am a real estate broker specializing in River properties (but I will sell you anything) and my wife is a stockbroker. I enjoy skiing, golf and fishing. When I vacation I especially love ocean flats fishing and look for new and different opportunities with that in mind. My wife loves cooking, gardening, reading, shopping and a good cabernet.

Three years ago we were blessed to find our perfect property after looking for many years. Our goal was to move in to the guest house and build the main house in the near future. As the economy softens and we get older we realize that we will probably never build the main house. What we have now is almost perfect.
