Just take the direct bus from NICE airport every 30mn, it takes 40 mn, then, 5 mn walk to apartment.
5mn from train station.
Beach, restaurants, shops, bars, Palais des Festivals, at your feet. All with in walking distance.
Within 25km from the apartment you can find more than 50 museeums: Chagall, Matisse, Renoir...
an automobile museeum, a Marineland amusement park for children.
And from Novemeber to April, skiing in the southern Alpes, (Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg) are reachable within 1h30min a great day-trip!

About Us

We are a well traveled couple, 40 years old. Lionel is a trader, Sanja is a designer.
We like water sports, warm water and wind.
We enjoy kite-surfing.
We travel sometimes with another couple.
No children, no pets, no smoking.

Destination

The exchange can be a non-simultaneous exchange.
Dates are flexible.
Christmas and New Year Holidays are available.
Apartment is rented out for the Film Festival.
We have to avoid Cannes congresses (check on our website for dates http://www.cannescity.com)
We are looking only for accomodation close to the sea (caribbean...) as we are looking for places to Kite-surf
And Internet access is a must.
The apartment is also for sale € 950 000.
