Description

Fully furnished home with lots of extras, including swimming pool, pool table, W&D, reverse osmosis water filter, voltage stabilizers, Indovision (satellite) TV, and high speed Internet. We have King Koil mattresses (K, K, and Queen) and surround sound DVD/stereo systems. You are just off of the main road, so it is easy to access shopping, restaurants, department store, and of course our famous Cosmo Salon (1 km away).

We are able to do non-simultaneaous exchanges. Car possible, motorcycle possible.

Neighborhood

We live on a dead end street, so there is no through traffic. Neighbors are a mix of professional locals and expats. You can walk two blocks to the main road to get public transportation or just walk or bike around Sanur. There are probably fifty restaurants within a fifteen minute walk, for example. The beach is 800 meters.

About Us

My wife and I enjoy travel and I have an upcoming sabbatical (1 year) leave from my university, so we hope to travel quite a bit from May09-Aug2010. We don't have pets due to our travel, but we love animals and can care for them as necessary. We know how to care for a swimming pool and we both have excellent driving records. Our hobbies are tennis and billiards.

Destination

Open to non-simultaneous exchanges. PLEASE NOTE that this villa in Bali is currently leased through May of 2009. We would like to travel to Hawaii over the coming Christmas break. After that we will begin exchanges in June of 2009. If we stay in your place in Hawaii we would make arrangements for you to stay in Bali during this period May09-Aug2010.
