Description

We are in the Emerald Pointe gated community. We are in a 4-plex townhome villa end unit. Only 2 living in home with a two car garage. Deck overlooks Tablerock Lake and in a resort community. Hardwood floors upstairs (master bedroom and one and 1/2 bathrooms) and carpet downstairs (2 bedrooms and one bath). 1800 square feet of living space. Lake is just 300 feet away. Views are spectacular from all rooms. THere are two kayaks with equipment available for use (one single and one tandem).

Neighborhood

We live in a resort area that caters to all ages. We are located away from the highest activity but enjoy the living of a gated community. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. We are author/speakers and enjoy this as a writing retreat as well as a permanant living space. TV with DVD on the entry level living area, a TV in the master bedroom with VHS, and a TV on the lower level in one bedroom. There is also wireless access for laptop computers.

About Us

We are english speaking. Our extended family includes three grown married children with 4 grandchildren. We love sports, especially water type, and enjoy walking, theater, and shopping. Leisure activity and exercise are enjoyed by both of us. We are author/speakers in addition to consulting other authors and speakers.

Destination

Dates and length of stay are flexible. We are open to options regarding location and prefer tropical destinations and London, UK.
