New town house that sleeps 8. House is right on the river where we fish,swim,wind surf etc. Decking front and back for outdoor entertaining.

Neighborhood

Barwon Heads is a small holiday town on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria.Amenities are all within walking distance. Our house is right on the river so views are spectacular.There are two rated golf courses in Barwon Heads and the renowned Ocean Road is close by as is the city of Geelong and Melbourne,the state capital.

About Us

We are an older couple with grown-up children and grand children. Brian is a private wool buyer and I have retired and enjoying home duties! We both enjoy travel and play golf! (Margaret very badly!)

Destination

Exchange can non-simultaneous although December January Febuary would not be suitable. We are interested in going to the South of France between Toulouse and Bordeaux in September October or November 2009. The village of Prayssac or somewhere near would be perfect! We woul love a village rather than a city.
