Description

Stunning luxury house in Pattaya secured and gated villa complex. The house in 2nd from the gates and security (1st house occupied by national celebrity and a movie star). The complex features pool and billiard, there is a cab stop right at the gates as well as few small shops. House is new road to Bangkok (1 hour) and 10 minutes from center of Pattaya. We have a full time chauffer and live-in maid (can be a nanny) that cooks well; both are English-speaking. Pool and garden keeper comes every morning.

1st floor includes dining room, living room, TV room with plasma and bar, indoor and outdoor kitchens as well as bathroom with a shower and a maid’s quarters. There is an outdoor dining room with removable walls. 2nd floor features four bedrooms and large play area balcony, as well as three bathrooms. Master bedroom has large balcony and it’s own bathroom with tub. Two other bedrooms each have a queen size bed, third bedroom has a futon.

Features best in the area landscaped outdoors including private pool with two water falls, children pool, jetted pool (Jacuzzi). There is are two romantic coves behind the waterfall with furnished game room in the middle of the waterfall. There are an outdoor shower and out door toilets. Covered area for three cars. There is a lower level that we use for office. House hase ADSL and wireless internet throughout.

Neighborhood

The house is in short drive or $3 cab ride from the Pattaya city center that never sleeps. Area futures plenty of child-friendly attraction including water park, amusement park, tiger zoo, elephant riding and educational cultural center. Pattaya has a water sports at it's best and cheapest. We will be glad to help you with diving, snorkeling, island hopping, and fishing arrangements.

About Us

An engineer and project manager here, we are in our yearly thirties with very well-behaved six years old boy. We recently moved from NY and would love to explore Asia. We are available to schedule 2008-2009 trips on Oct. 18-Oct. 26, Dec 13- Jan 4 (no freezing temperatures, can be divided into two swaps), Jan 22- Jan 26 (Hong Kong only), Feb 15 – Feb 23, Apr 4- Apr 19. Almost any time in July and August.
Our business is internet-based and good wi-fi is a big plus.

Destination

We are available to schedule 2008-2009 trips on Oct. 18-Oct. 26, Dec 13- Jan 4 (no freezing temperatures, can be divided into two swaps), Jan 22- Jan 26 (Hong Kong only), Feb 15 – Feb 23, Apr 4- Apr 19. Almost any time in July and August.
No interest at this time in North and South America (including USA and Caribbeans).
