Description

A very nice appartment on first floor, access straight from the street. 93 squaremeters. contains 2 bedrooms. room with computer facilities, one kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Also washing room. See pictures. At the back or from the living room you can walk out in a smal attractive garden. In the garden there is a gasgrill where you can barbeque. Also on the tv set we have access to tv stations in Europe. 3 stations from France ; France2, M6. and ARTE. In the master bedroom there is a bed that is 193cm * 203cm. tempur matress. very comfortable. See photos,

Neighborhood

A very nice suburbian neighbourhood, short distance to a nice walk in the Lava. See pictures. A very short distance from the bus stop. 3 minutes walk. but we do have a car which we can lend during the stay. Mitchubichi spacestar 2002. A very comfortable family car. There is a very nice center in Hafnarfjordur which has access to all vital services and stores and an very good tourist information office which gladly gives all info you require. in hafnarfjordur we have Botanic garden called Hellisgerdi, see website www.hafnarfjordur.is. Also we have every summer a viking festival in the village. 10km away from the capital city of Reykjavik. About Us

A couple in our fifties. tighty and reliable. Wive french, Man Icelandic. Nadege and Jon.
Nadege is from Colonge near Annecy. Area 74. It is our priority whish to be able to swap homes with people in that area. Nadege works in an old peoples home in hafnarfjordur. jon work at a wholesalers firm. ( customs reports and booking). Nadege speaks french and icelandic and a little bit in English. Jon speaks English and Icelandic. Though our wish is Annecy France and surrounding we are open to all suggestions. Looking forwrd to hear from you.

Exchange preferences. France. (Best would be area 74). Annecy, Colonge. Has to be simultaneus exchange. Provence would be very nice too.
