Lots of deer and birds to be seen in back yard. Satelite internet available.

Neighborhood

Home is 2 hours north of Tampa on the west coast of Florida. Very quiet neighborhood. It's about a 15 minute drive to Cedar Keys (Gulf of Mexico), 40 minutes to Ocala, Crystal River and Gainesville and a 2 hour drive to Orlando, Tampa and St Augustine. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, boating, golf and swimming with the Manatees are just a short drive from our house. Also close to us are some of the most beautiful springs in florida - Manatee Springs, Blue Grotto, Fanning Springs, Weeki-Wachee, Blue Springs, Poe Springs, Devils Elbow, Devils Den, Rainbow Springs and Rainbow River (site of the old Tarzan Movies) and many more. Most of them are accessible to scuba divers.

We are a husband and wife team (Caucasian South Africans) operating a Granite & Marble kitchen countertop fabrication shop(www.1800Granite.net).We are new to house exchange, but are very respectful of other peoples homes. We love to travel and meet people from other countries and cultures. Can be reached at 352-258-3371. This can be a non- simultaneous exchange.
