Description

Our home is located on the beach in Manasota Key, Florida. It is an island community in south Sarasota county. The home is one level, recently remodeled and professionally decorated with Bose systems and 4 Plasma TV's, internet connection, washer dryer, BBQ grill, swimming pool and large deck. There are 2 boat docks and a 2 car garage. This is a 2nd home and it is child friendly. The beach allows leashed dogs. The public beach is one mile away so the beach is very quiet and private. You can look for sharks teeth and shells on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by from the living area. The master Bedroom has a king size bed, the 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th guest room has 2 twin beds. A crib is also available. All the homes in the area are single family. Venice Florida is about a 10 minute drive. The home is very bright and easy to live in.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood consists of single family homes located on either the beach or Lemon Bay side; our home is on the beach and we have a dock and fishing area on the bay with snook lights for evening fishing. Manasota Key has several restaurants with beach views and you can rent boats, jet skis and go to the fresh fish market. For shopping and upscale restaurants, Venice is a 5 - 10 minute drive. The beach in front of our home is very private but you can walk to the public beach if you want a crowd.

About Us

We are Joe and Connie. Joe is a real estate developer and Connie is an attorney. We have 2 small children ages 3 and 4 that travel with us. We have 2 older children (20 and 23) that travel with us when their schedule allows. We are very neat and organized and our children are active but well behaved. We prefer to vacation in the center of cities so we can walk to shopping and restaurants and cultural sites.
