Description

This is a sunny, three-bedroom Victorian red brick semi-detatched home located at the corner of High Park in Toronto, right on the subway line. There is a comfortable, private back deck and a finished basement with TV room/computer office and two full bathrooms.

Neighborhood

We are located right on the subway line, 30 minutes by car or public transportation from the theatres, museums and other downtown attractions. Toronto is fortunate to have some of the best world cuisine restaurants of any city, and the variety of places to eat is amazing. We are located right at the corner of High Park where there is walking, biking, tennis and swimming available (we have all equipment). We are just 2 km from the Lakeshore, with its bike and walking trails and beautiful view of Lake Ontario.

About Us

We are a professional couple, 39 and 37, with two children ages 10 and 15. We have one cat who is very friendly and low-maintenance, but can be kenneled if you do not want his company. We generally home exchange just as a family but if the home size permitted might consider bringing one or two trusted adult friends.
