Description

This is a studio condominium, built in the 60's and it looks it! It is is ver good shape and is clean. It is on the first floor and has an available parking spot for a rental car. There is also a shared outdoor pool and friendy neighbors. Very close to beaches on the south shore, and about 40 minutes from downtown Boston.
There is a full size bed and a full bath, kitchen that is supplied with refrigerator/freezor, oven/stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher.

Neighborhood

This is a very popular town and the town center is less than a 5 minute walk from condo. The center has everything from grocery stores, to fast food and restaurants, banks, and novelty shops. Also, a little further from the center is Bridgewater State College.... students are not in my complex, or near it, so noise level is never an issue. Public transportation is nearby (the commuter rail) that goes into Boston and than branches out to almost anywhere in MA.
It is a very safe town that wuld be great for anyone who is looking to go somewhere spontaneous or just looking for somewhere to stay while enjoying activities like going into Boston, the beach, the Cape, or the islands (Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard).

About Us

I (Caitlin) am 21-year old criminal justice/psychology student and he (Kevin) is a 24-year old computer science student that has live in our studio condo. We are wise beyond our years and would like to experience other areas of the U.S. that we have not yet been to or would like to return to.
We are both origianlly from California so that is our main area of interest, seeing as we have no been there in years. However, we am open to any oppertunity.
We would guarentee to keep your home clean (if not CLEANER!).

Destination

This must be a simultaneous exchange and our dates are flexible since we' are both currently in school. However, anytime within the month of January or late December would be what we are looking for.
We are open to city or region areas.
