Bungalow style house, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with bunky at water edge. Very quiet area with only 6 house on the Basin. Located 10 minutes from Parry Sound and 2 1/2 hours from Toronto airport. Master is 12 x 16 with ensuite. Large kitchen, dining/living area. Super large rec room area. Fireplaces on both levels. Not wheel chair accessible. Docking system and peddle boats. Steep climb from bunky to main house but we do it all the time. Not for those with balance issues. Car and power boat may be available depending on insurance.

Neighborhood

Fantastic view of Mountain Basin. Very quiet. Loon calls aplenty. Deer seen quite often. Access to two other lakes (Mill and Portage) Parry Sound is a wonderful town with beaches, walking trails, etc...also close by is Killbear Provincial park.

About Us

We are a modest family of 4. Father, mother, son and daughter. We are both in the construction industry. Father speaks english only. Mother, son and daughter are fluently bilingual with english and french.
