This is an original RENOVATED "ginger bread" 1890's cottage, situated on the North Shore of Auckland. It has a private tropical garden, with fruit trees. The deck and house is very sunny. There is also a paved patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
It has a modern kitchen, open plan lounge and dining, Tv DVD, ADSL.

All 3 bedrooms are double size, two with queen beds, one with childrens bunk beds.

Neighborhood

A good shopping centre with library and supermarket is only a 10 min walk.
There is a large area of bush for exploring a few minutes walk from the house.

There is a bus stop at the door, to either Takapuna beach which is a great swimming beach (safe for children and only 10 min by car) and retaurants, or the city, also 10 min by car.
The North Shore of Auckland has 140km of coastline to explore. There are islands to see, boating, swimming and plenty of other water activities.
