Our house is situated in a small town nearby Munich, Bavaria in a quiet, small street surrounded by Nature.
The house (some about 100 square meters) was build in 1968, is modern and friendly, has living room, master bedroom (parents) with balkony, office-room, bathrom with shower and tube, kitchen, a guestroom and a utility room (with washing machine) in basement and last but not least a small, nice garden with two wooden terraces, barbeque, a lot of plants, two apple trees, hammock, sunlounger... We love this place!
You can use the hole house with all equipment:TV, DVD, Video, one Laptop with Internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, refridgerator... With our three bicycles you can explore the neighbourhood around the town.
In walking distance you will find shops for all, what you need (food, bakery, vegetable, fruits...) Five Minutes by feet from the home you will find also the train station for public transport to Munich. You achieve Munic city in 20 minutes by train.

Neighborhood

Our town is modern, a lot of young families lives here. You will find here a lot of nature, but also a little cinema, nice restaurants and also typical bavarian beer gardens ;)
Only 10 minutes by feet or five minutes by bicycle there are two little lakes were you can swim.
In the city of Munic (20 minutes by train) you can go shopping, visit museums, art galleries and visit famous places like Marienplatz, Hofbräuhaus, Olympic park and s.o. From Munich there is only a short distance by train or car to the Mountains Alps.

About Us

We are a family of three, two adults (40+, architect and journalist) and a daughter of 14.
We love to travel, to discover other cultures and to get in contact to other people. Be sure, we will use your home and your proberties with highest respect and carefulness.

Destination

Because our daughter goes at school we only can travel in school holidays.
These are in 2009:
23.02. - 28.02.
06.04. - 18.04. (Eastern holidays)
02.06. - 13.06.
03.08. - 14.09. (summer holidays)
02.11. - 07.11. (autumn holidays)
24.12. - 05.01 (Christmas holidays)

But in all these times we are flexible :)
