Description

We have a beautiful three bedroom home with two bathrooms and an office. The master bedroom has a king size poster bed and a relaxing balcony. The main bathroom has an enclosed victorian clawfoot tub. There is also an office which will be available with internet access. This home is turning 100 years old this year, but has many modern conveniences.

Neighborhood

We enjoy our home due to is central location to downtown Denver, the Denver Art Musem, botanic gardens, Coors field (baseball), Invesco Field (Football), biking, rock climbing, Opera theatre, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, concert venues, Pepsi Center (hockey), parks, Cherry Creek mall, skiing, horseback riding, aquarium, and the Elitch Gardens. It is very convenient to get downtown Denver as it is a ten minute drive from our house and 1 block from our house we have public transportation. I love that we live so close to downtown and that our neighborhood is quiet and cozy.

Within immediate walking distance (a couple of blocks) we have a few restaurants, ice cream shop, pizza place, pharmacy, grocery store, post office, ace hardware and beauty salon.
