King-sized bed on upper level plus sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for 1 couple and comfortable for 2 couples on familiar terms with each other.
Length of stay to be defined, I'm not too strict on that.
Bologna, having a beautifully preserved historical center itself, is the perfect starting point to see most "Citta' d'Arte" in Italy: Florence < 1 hr, Venice 1 hr, Verona 1 hr, Rome 2:50 hrs, Ravenna 1 hr.
I might consider other destinations, provided they are beautiful/interesting places and not too expensive to reach from Bologna
