Description

Typical refurbished, nicely decorated american surburban home with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with sunken jacuzzi bathtub), 2 fireplaces (1 in large bedroom), and beautiful relaxing front porch. Largest bedroom (600 sq ft/265 sq mtrs) has sofa, fireplace and tv, bar table dining area and king size bed). There are also 2 good size bedrooms upstairs and a child's room downstairs with toddler bed. Also downstairs there is a formal dining room, living room with fireplace and family room with tv adjacent to kitchen. Our home has mostly hard wood floors and is equiped with electronic air cleaners for allergies. We also have 2 small dogs (that won't be here), but we do keep the house spotless for sake of allergies. Large backyard for kids to play or just relax and barbeque on the porch. House is fully air conditioned for warm summer days. House is also equipped with cable tv and high speed internet connection if you bring your laptop.

Neighborhood

Located in quiet, safe, family oriented neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors. Close to park and recreation areas (great for kids), shopping malls, movie theatres, wineries and restaurants. 15 minute drive to train station givies you access to the San Francisco bay area. Within minutes, access to over 40 local wineries, several golf courses including Wente', Blackhawk and Poppy Ridge (LPGA plays at one of these annually). Easy day trips to San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Monterey, Carmel by the sea, Santa Cruz, Muir Woods, pacific ocean and Pebble Beach. Easy weekend trips to Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley wine country, Reno Nevada, Sacramento, Hwy 1 and world famous redwood forests. Los Angeles and San Diego are 1.5 hours by air or 6 hours driving. Summertime offers free music at several local wineries and free evening concerts in the park are just a ten minute drive. Weather is great year round with very mild winters and it never snows!

About Us

My husband and I have 5 grown children and 1 grandchild. We love to travel around the world and experience other cultures. When we are not traveling, we spend most of our time working. We do relax by going fishing, hiking, hunting, eating out, day trips and overnight trips to surrounding areas. We attend church regularly and enjoy spending time with our parents and children.
